About RRP

With FAIRness in mind, the Reproducible Research Platform (RRP) was designed to unify research data management and version-controlled, containerized computational environments in modular, shareable projects. Its target audience are researchers that write their own code to analyze and process data. RRP supports them in reproducing the compute environment, years into the future, with access to the same data. Find a detailed exposition of RRP’s features in Cuny et al., 2026 (preprint).

RRP is being developed by Scientific IT Services at ETH Zürich, originally on behalf of the Department of Biosystems Science and Engineering located in Basel, Switzerland. It is available under the permissive, open-source Apache 2.0 license.
